Baltimore County art teachers joined the efforts for their students to spend quality time in an art-inspired environment during the Summer of 2007.
This year's Project: Quality Time event for Baltimore County Public Schools is scheduled for October 21, 2007 anytime between 11 am and 4 pm at the Baltimore Museum of Art.
